RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Maddy Fine Jewelers is committed to providing you with a great selection of high-quality jewelry and diamonds.

In the event the item you purchase is not as well received as intended, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

  • All in-stock jewelry purchased from our website and shipped, is eligible for a full refund or exchange for 7 days from the shipment’s arrival. After 7 days, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and no returns will be accepted after 15 days. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with the original box and tags attached, and accompanied by any warranty and gemstone documentation where applicable,Special orders and custom made items are made to order, are final sale and are not returnable.
  • All in-stock items, physically purchased in-store at our showroom, are not refundable in from of payment or cash; items may only be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, with no exception. 
  • Any Pre-Owned / Special order watches are final sale and are excluded from our return/exchange policy.
  • Certified Diamonds or Loose Diamonds, whether Natural or lab-grown, that are unmounted are only returnable for exchange or store credit within 7 days unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of sale.
  • Engagement rings and wedding bands are made to order unless purchased directly from our display case without modification, and no refunds or exchanges can be made.
  • Sale items, fashion rings, special orders, layaways older than 60 days, and modified/customized pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Deposits on Layaway items are not refundable after 90 days; if no additional deposits are made on the layaway items, the original deposits will no longer be transferable, a store credit will be issued, and the layaway item will be returned for sale.
  • Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
  • Any item purchased on either our website or physical showroom that has been sized or modified in any way voids the return/exchange policies.
  • An RMA number must be requested within 7 days of arrival to avoid a 15% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for both outgoing and return shipping fees, even on items with free shipping. We will gladly send you a return label; you can request it by email. The cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We reserve the right to modify our Return/exchange policy at any time, and if we do, we will note this at the time of sale.
