Yes! Since our rings are built to order, they can be made for almost any size or shape of gemstone you’d like. If you’re in the market for a colored stone, please visit our store to meet with one of our Graduate gemologists, who may help you select the perfect gem.
We stock a significant diamond inventory in store, However, if you are looking for something specific, you may send us your criteria, and we will be glad to send you a list of diamonds, either through email or WhatsApp, for you to choose from, once you select a few, they can be brought in and viewed in person at a later date.
Appointments are not required. Visit our showroom during normal business hours, and one of our friendly associates will be happy to assist you in finding your perfect ring, if you would like a personalized time slot, just simply click the appointments tab or call, and we can schedule you for a specific time.
Please visit our store, and one of our professionals can accurately size your finger. If you’re trying to keep a surprise, you may bring us a ring the recipient wears on the appropriate hand, and we will be happy to let you know its size.
REPAIRS
Every repair is different, and the amount of labor and materials needed to complete the work depends on several factors. For this reason, all repairs must be evaluated before a cost estimate can be given. A price will be given, and your approval will be obtained before any work is completed.
Some minor repairs might be done while you wait and will be considered by our skilled jewelers at the time of drop-off, However, for the most part, quality repair work takes time and must be left for our skilled jewelers to work on. We will contact you once the repair has been completed and inspected for quality control. This process can take up to 14 business days, although usually, our turnaround time is shorter. Appointments may be made for simple repair/modification work/polishing on certain items, all Additional items must be dropped off.
